Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting career while working in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
Prepare invoices, apply customer payments, and reconcile accounts.
Maintain accurate accounting records and perform data entry.
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
Provide backup support for the Controller and Shipping department.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
Previous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or office experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $18.50/hour
