Location: Douglasville, GA (On Site)

Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club, a premier destination for luxury hospitality and events, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for Front Desk (Concierge) Agent positions to join our vibrant team. This part-time role is perfect for students from local universities, offering flexible shifts and a short commute, allowing you to balance work, studies, and campus life while gaining valuable hospitality experience.

Flexible Shifts for Your Schedule: Choose from 7 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–11 PM shifts, designed to fit around your class schedule. Morning shifts allow evening study time, while afternoon shifts leave mornings free for classes or assignments, making it easy to balance academics and work.

Part-Time Flexibility: With part-time hours, you’ll have ample time for studying, attending classes, and enjoying campus life at nearby universities like the University of West Georgia or West Georgia Technical College.

Short Commute: Our Douglasville location is just a ~15–20-minute drive from the University of West Georgia and West Georgia Technical College in Carrollton, and within 30 minutes of other campuses like Atlanta Metropolitan State College and Clark Atlanta University, saving you time and travel costs.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide concierge support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Front Desk Operations: Handle reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with resort teams to support events and activities.

Event Support: Assist with basic event logistics, such as directing guests or coordinating with the operations team.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests to promote Foxhall’s amenities and foster repeat visits.

Lead with Hospitality: Deliver outstanding service that enhances Foxhall Resort’s reputation as a premier destination.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour, paid biweekly.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
Ability to work 7 AM3 PM or 3 PM11 PM shifts, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
Enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service; prior experience is a plus but not required.
Must pass background checks, including criminal, drug screening, credit, and DMV.
