We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our e-commerce team at our headquarters in Harrington, Delaware. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various marketing strategies to increase sales, promote our brand, and drive online engagement. Horse experience is a plus, but not required.

Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role combines digital advertising, social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and e-commerce marketing to ensure a consistent and effective online presence.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Digital Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Microsoft Advertising
- Programmatic Software
- TikTok
- Monitor budgets, TACoS, ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and schedule engaging content across social platforms.
- Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Respond to customer comments and messages when appropriate.
- Track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Content & SEO
- Write optimized product descriptions, blog posts, and website content.
- Improve search engine rankings through SEO best practices.
- Research keywords and optimize metadata.
Website & E-Commerce
- Assist with website merchandising and promotional updates.
- Ensure products are properly categorized and optimized.
- Monitor product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.
- Coordinate with merchandising and IT teams to resolve issues affecting online sales.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and advertising platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Creative Development
- Assist with photography, video production, and graphic design.
- Coordinate creative assets for advertising campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience with social media content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO and email marketing.

Physical Requirements

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
