Role Purpose
Business representative on the shopfloor ensuring effective execution of manufacturing processes and correct use of supporting systems. Acts as first point of contact for end users and links Operations with global process teams, OT, and IT.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for end users: Primary contact for operators; resolve issues or escalate to IT/Engineering
- Process expert: Ensure consistent execution of packaging processes in line with standards
- System user support: Guide correct use of MES/ERP/serialization systems (how to)
- OT coordination: Support issues involving equipment (PLC/SCADA) and system interfaces
- Training: Deliver local training as part of train-the-trainer model from BPEs
- Change support: Participate in testing (UAT), rollout, and implementation of changes
- Continuous improvement: Capture user feedback and support process improvements
- Compliance: Ensure GMP adherence and data integrity

- Key User: Local trainer, first-line support, feedback provider
- IT (Central): Owns and maintains systems
- Engineering/Automation: Support equipment and OT

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in pharma manufacturing/packaging preferred
- Strong shopfloor process knowledge
- Experience with MES/ERP systems (as user)
- Basic OT understanding (PLC, SCADA, equipment interfaces)
- GMP knowledge required

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
