Job Summary
The Male Urine Drug Screener / Administrative Assistant is responsible for conducting observed urine drug screening services for male clients while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires maintaining strict confidentiality, adhering to established chain-of-custody procedures, and supporting staff with a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities: Urine Drug Screening Duties
- Observe and conduct urine drug screening services for male clients.
- Perform daily urine drug screens in accordance with established chain-of-custody procedures.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain screening records.
- Monitor and maintain urine drug screening supplies.
- Prepare and maintain out-of-office forms.
- Process and close client files accurately and efficiently.
- Archive records and inactive Redwood files.
- Shred confidential documents in accordance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare bus passes for clients as needed.
Administrative Support Duties
- Provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the office.
- Monitor mailboxes and tracking systems.
- Organize resource materials and referral information.
- File, maintain, and archive documents and records.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
- Assist staff with general administrative tasks and office support functions.
Compliance & Safety Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Provide assistance during building emergency situations, including fire alarm activations.
- Follow established office policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Basic computer proficiency and administrative support skills.
