Are you a recent college graduate who's ready to build a rewarding career in sales? Do you enjoy meeting new people, solving problems, and learning how businesses operate? If you're motivated, curious, and eager to grow, we'd love to meet you.

At Pure Filtration, LLC, we're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. No previous sales experience is required—we'll provide the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience you need to succeed.

In this role, you'll learn how to sell industrial filtration systems and solutions to customers in the Mining, Chemical, and Industrial markets. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will help you develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and confidence while building long-term customer relationships.

This position is based in Dover, NH, with approximately 25% travel throughout your assigned territory. Most of your time will be spent working from our office, collaborating with teammates, learning our products, and preparing for customer visits.

What You'll Do

Learn our products, industry, and customers through hands-on training.
Build relationships with customers and understand their filtration needs.
Prospect for new business through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Support existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit customers and learn about their operations.
Prepare quotes and proposals with support from experienced team members.
Work toward achieving individual and team sales goals.
Maintain customer information and sales activity using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the Pure Filtration team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Recent college graduate or someone beginning a career in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to take initiative.
Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM software.
Ability to travel approximately 25% within your assigned territory.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
