WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Rebar Fabrication Shop Team supports daily operations by bending, organizing, and preparing reinforcing steel for shipment. This role requires the ability to read bending plans, follow work orders, and ensure all material is fabricated and shipped accurately, safely, and on schedule. The Rebar Laborer will begin with training at our Dover, OH and Holmesville, OH locations with potential transfer to our Holmesville location.
SHIFT: 2:30pm – 11pm (Monday – Friday)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for operating machines with effective organization and tagging of rebar/rebar bundles.
- Operating fabrication equipment, forklifts, and other material moving equipment.
- Operators must maintain quality and performance standards on a consistent basis, while working safely and alert for potential hazards.
- Demonstrates basic math skills to include fractions necessary for making calculations required in fabrication.
- Must have the ability to read and understand a tape measure.
- Select fabricators may also be recruited for completing other tasks onsite which may include welding, and other shop related duties.
- Must be capable of physically exerting work and capable of lifting heavy loads.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
· Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
· Basic knowledge of computer programs
· Ability to work in both Dover and Holmesville locations
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged periods of physical labor which include heavy lifting, bending, walking and/or standing for extended periods of time, exposure to high noise levels, fluctuating/high temperatures in the summer months, working shifts that may exceed 8 hours, and lifting 50-75 pounds at times.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
