Overview
The CWA Program Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Well-Being Programs operating in all three counties within the State. The CWA Program Coordinator serves as the backbone of all programmatic operations, acting as a bridge between management, staff, stakeholders, and participants. This role involves a blend of administrative, logistical, and interpersonal duties that contribute to the achievement of the goals of Network Connect.
The CWA Program Coordinator is, currently, responsible for overseeing the work of Community Well-Being Ambassadors in New Castle County, Community Well-Being Ambassadors in Kent County, and Community Well-Being Ambassadors in Sussex County, making sure all moving parts function smoothly and efficiently. The Coordinator plays a key role in organizing resources, managing timelines, tracking budgets, and assessing outcomes.
The Program Coordinator is also expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and leadership capabilities. The day-to-day work is dynamic, requiring adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills. Whether coordinating a community outreach initiative, an educational program, or other activities of importance to the mission of Network Connect, the CWA Program Coordinator ensures objectives are met and participants’ needs are supported.

Key Responsibilities
· Program Planning and Development: Assists in designing and developing program structures, objectives, and schedules; and collaborates with management and subject matter experts to define program goals and outcomes.
· Staffing: Plays a key role in the hiring, training, and supervision of CWAs
· Implementation: Oversees the execution of program activities, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that resources are allocated appropriately; coordinates with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
· Monitoring and Assessing: Tracks progress against program deliverables, collects and analyzes data, and prepares regular reports; assesses program effectiveness and recommends improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for host sites, partners, vendors, and sponsors. Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and build positive relationships to support program success.
· Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, maintain files and databases, prepare documents, and schedule meetings. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Network Connect to coordinate program activities, share information, and achieve common goals. Facilitate training and professional development for program staff.
Required Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, social sciences, education, public health) is typically required. Master’s degree may be preferred for certain organizations or specialized programs.
· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role. Prior involvement in program planning, execution, and evaluation is highly valued.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in (computer systems, including basic applications, used by Network Connect); openness to garnering experience with online communication tools, project management software, and social media platforms useful to the work of Network Connect.
