Position: Office / Accounting Administrator
Location: Romeoville, IL
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay Offered: 65-85k DOE

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic construction environment? We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to orchestrate essential administrative, financial, and operational functions. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Adobe programs.
Handling all AR/AP, Payroll, and Tax Filings
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills That Would Make You Stand Out:

Experience with permit acquisition and documentation.
Familiarity with vendor management and office facility coordination.
HR support experience, including onboarding and employment documentation.

Educational and Experience Preferences:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Prior administrative experience, ideally within construction or roofing sectors, is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

Ability to handle occasional administrative tasks related to permits, contracts, and project support.
A proactive approach to managing vendor relationships for services like cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance.
