Full Job Description

WILLING TO SPONSER H1b VISA IF NEEDED. RECENTLY GARDUATE ALSO APPLICABLE.

Oversees operations of the Pharmacy Department including customer service, profitability, inventory control and compliance with federal, state and local, laws, regulations and Company policies and procedures. Oversees the work of the Pharmacy Technicians Plus receiving Prescription, processing and dispensing meds with the accuracy. Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).Also Administer vaccines as needed

Maintain proper records, inventory and security on all scheduled drugs (i.e., controlled substances-narcotics)

Maintain a clean, neat work area, including work counters, shelves, floors and the customer counter to present a professional, sanitary, organized image to customers

Ensure all product returns are handled in a timely fashion and per company policy

Maintain all equipment (e.g., computers, printers, accuracy scanners and cash registers) to ensure it remains in working condition

Requirements:
1. Pharm D (minimum).
2. Current license to practice pharmacy in state of employment
3. Knowledge of and skilled in use and operation of computers.
4. Repetitive standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, stretching and reaching.
5. Oral communication skills to communicate with patients and other health care professionals.
6. Analytical ability to interpret information and recommend solutions.
7. Qualified to participate in federal health care programs, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.

Preferred:

Retail experience or Fresh Graduate, accept PIC position.

Bi-Lingual (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
