Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is a fast-growing, family-owned business located in Carol Stream, Illinois. We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication team.

Our team builds a wide variety of custom signage for clients ranging from local startups to Fortune 500 companies. Our work is proudly displayed across the country—delivering high-impact brand identity through quality craftsmanship and creative design.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic and a passion for building. We're looking for someone who is:

Eager and willing to learn
Safety-minded in all tasks
Driven by the satisfaction of creating with their hands
Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking
Comfortable reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints
Knowledgeable in the use of hand tools
Mechanically inclined and resourceful

Responsibilities

Ensure all products are built to specification and meet customer quality standards
Fabricate a wide range of signage using materials such as metal (aluminum), plastic, and wood
Meet daily production goals for quality and efficiency while working independently with minimal supervision
Safely and effectively operate various tools and machinery, including shears, grinders, sanders, drills, and press brakes

Experience Requirements

Candidates with the following experience will stand out: These additional skills align well with the type of work you'll be doing and will help you hit the ground running!
Background in construction or building trades
Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication or installation
Basic to advanced electrical knowledge
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
