Full Job Description

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing customer purchase orders, maintaining accurate order information in ProShop, and serving as the primary point of contact between our internal teams and our customers. The Program Coordinator ensures alignment between customer requirements, internal production schedules, and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Enter customer purchase orders into our ERP system, ProShop, and perform contract review for accuracy and requirements.
Act as the main liaison between customers and internal operations
Update customer portals and open order reports with current promise dates
Manage PO changes, revisions, and update in ProShop
Monitor timelines, production schedules, and shipping deadlines to flag potential delays
Support daily coordination between internal departments (Planning, Operations, Quality, etc.) to ensure customer expectations are met
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding open orders, schedules, and changes
Use Excel-based tools to track open orders, monitor due dates, and prepare accurate data for customer meetings and reporting.
Participate in daily meetings with customers who require detailed status updates on orders
Escalate expedites and various other customer requirements to internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and commitment

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at one time
5+ years of experience in a customer service or project manager role (manufacturing or aerospace required)
ERP experience preferred (ProShop a plus)
