Position Summary
The Valet Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Parking Management Services of America’s valet operation at the assigned casino property.
This position serves as PMSA’s primary on-site management representative and exercises independent judgment in directing employees, managing staffing and daily operations, maintaining client relationships, resolving workplace and operational concerns, and recommending personnel actions.
The Valet Operations Manager works closely with PMSA leadership, Human Resources, casino management, casino security, Shift Leads, Schedule Coordinators, and valet employees to maintain a safe, professional, efficient, and guest-focused operation.
Although the Manager may occasionally assist with valet duties during periods of high demand, staffing shortages, or emergencies, the primary responsibility of this position is managing employees and operations.
Work Schedule
The Manager will generally work a five-day, full-time management schedule based on the operational needs of the property. This is an on-site position. Because PMSA operates at the property 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, regular attendance is essential. The Manager must have reasonable flexibility to work or respond during evenings, overnight periods, weekends, holidays, special events, and emergencies when operationally necessary.

- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with PMSA and applicable casino dress code, grooming, uniform, and identification requirements while on duty.
- Identify and resolve routine operational issues and escalate significant service, staffing, safety, or client concerns to PMSA leadership.
Operational Performance and Accountability
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve staffing efficiency, service delivery, employee performance, safety, guest satisfaction, and cost control.
Work with PMSA leadership to monitor key operating indicators, including staffing coverage, overtime, attendance, service concerns, incidents and claims, employee performance, and client feedback.
Develop and implement corrective action plans when operational performance falls below Company or client expectations.
Employee Leadership and Human Resources

- Establish and communicate expectations regarding performance, attendance, conduct, safety, professionalism, teamwork, and guest service.

Workforce Administration and Compliance
- Prepare and maintain employee schedules and coordinate coverage for vacations, leaves, call-outs, special events, and changing operational needs.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, overtime, and recurring attendance patterns.
- Coordinate meal periods and rest breaks in accordance with Company policy and applicable requirements while maintaining adequate operational coverage.

- Promote safe work practices and monitor parking areas, valet stations, vehicle traffic, and operational spaces for potential hazards.
- Ensure employees follow proper procedures when receiving, parking, staging, safeguarding, and retrieving customer vehicles.
- Coordinate with casino security regarding accidents, suspicious activity, theft concerns, property damage, guest incidents, and other security matters.
- Ensure vehicle-damage reports, accident reports, injury reports, customer complaints, and workplace incident documentation are completed promptly and accurately.
