About the Company

Our company specializes in skincare, cosmetics, private-label manufacturing, custom product development, and wholesale cosmetic ingredients. We work with beauty brands, entrepreneurs, retailers, spas, and manufacturers to bring product ideas to life—from ingredients and formulation to manufacturing, packaging, and finished products.

About the Internship

We are seeking motivated college students nearing graduation, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want to build a career in beauty sales and business development. This is a 12-week, in-person internship offering hands-on training in B2B sales, customer communication, private-label manufacturing, and wholesale skincare and cosmetic ingredients. The primary goal of this internship is to train and evaluate candidates for potential full-time employment. Interns who perform well may be considered for a full-time position offering base pay plus a higher commission structure. A full-time offer is not guaranteed and will depend on performance, professionalism, available positions, company needs, and overall fit.

Schedule

12-week internship
In person
11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Minimum four days per week

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective customers
Assist with customer inquiries, quotes, and product information
Organize leads, emails, and sales records
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Participate in sales training and team meetings
Learn about skincare, cosmetics, private-label manufacturing, and wholesale ingredients

Qualifications

College student nearing graduation, recent graduate, or early-career candidate
Interest in beauty, skincare, sales, marketing, or business development
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools
No prior sales experience required; training will be provided

Compensation

Interns may earn commission on qualifying sales generated during the program. Commission terms will be explained during the interview and onboarding process.

Candidates who successfully transition into a full-time position will receive base pay plus a higher commission rate, with opportunities for advancement and continued professional development.
