What You Will Do

Build Efficient, Frictionless HR Operations

Help standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across properties
Maintain clear and accessible HR resources, including policies and Code of Conduct materials
Support HR Business Partners by reducing administrative burden so they can focus on strategic work

Support Executive Leadership

Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key initiatives for HR leadership
Track progress on important projects and ensure follow-through
Prepare reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decision-making
Help organize leadership meetings, trainings, and communications

Serve as a Bilingual Culture Bridge

Ensure clear, consistent communication in both English and Spanish
Help translate not just language-but intent, tone, and culture
Support leaders and associates in navigating workplace questions and concerns
Strengthen trust and engagement across a diverse workforce

Strengthen HR Data & Systems

Maintain accurate and reliable data in Dayforce and HR systems
Support training tracking, reporting, and completion efforts
Help ensure leaders have the information they need to make better workforce decisions

What You Bring

Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar operational roles
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting tools
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Curiosity to learn and expand within HR operations
