Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 12-hour day shift team. Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care, post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, wound care, and resident-centered nursing services. Our team is committed to delivering quality healthcare while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.

RN Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and wound care according to physician orders.
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Complete accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

PRN Day Shift
6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

RN Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current, active, unencumbered Tennessee RN license.
Current CPR certification.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
