We are a kick butt multi-disciplinary massage, chiropractic, and wellness office and we are looking for someone who is awesome at customer service and loves people.

You must be:

Responsibilities

Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance verification.
Utilize computer skills to input and update patient information accurately in electronic medical records systems.
Offer exceptional patient service by greeting and assisting patients at the front desk with professionalism and empathy.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing phone calls in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
