About Us
Join our dynamic Event Channel team and become a vital ambassador for our brand! This energetic role is perfect for someone passionate about engaging with communities, showcasing innovative outdoor living products, and creating memorable experiences.

You will lead exciting outdoor events, connect with diverse audiences, and drive brand awareness through lively demonstrations and strategic marketing initiatives. If you thrive in vibrant environments, excel at communication, and love inspiring others, this paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your field marketing skills while making a tangible impact in the outdoor living space.

Lead the planning and execution of in-person brand activations and customer-facing events across the Austin, TX - This is not a digital or content marketing role.

You will take ownership of full event lifecycles: from initial brief and logistics planning through to on-the-day management and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of promotional events to promote products and services effectively.
Engage with customers in retail stores or at event venues, providing product demos and explaining features clearly.
Coordinate event marketing efforts across homeowner communities in partnership with the Sales team to generate local brand awareness and leads
Execute creative neighborhood marketing campaigns and community outreach
Support marketing initiatives for exterior home renovation services including windows, doors, siding, patio covers, pergolas, and sunrooms
Lead on-site teams during events and serve as the primary client and customer point of contact
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure flawless execution
Oversee brand standards, messaging consistency, and customer experience quality across all touchpoints.
Deliver post-event reports including performance metrics, observations, and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

4–6 years of events marketing experience required
Prior experience working with a home improvement, renovation, or remodelling company
Degree in Marketing, Events Management, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in an events, promotional, or customer-facing management role
Strong leadership presence and excellent stakeholder communication skills
Comfortable managing competing priorities under time pressure
