About the Role

This is a high-impact clinical role for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who thrives in a fast-paced, procedure-focused outpatient environment. As an integral member of our care team, you will work directly alongside our supervising physicians to manage patients across the full continuum of care — from initial evaluation through post-procedure follow-up.

Interventional radiology experience is not required; we will provide the specialty-specific training you need to excel. What we are looking for is a clinically strong, self-motivated APP who is ready to grow with a dynamic and expanding practice.

This position is based at our Stockbridge office: 1035 Southcrest Dr, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Travel between our Stockbridge and Tucker office be required.

What You'll Do

Patient Evaluation & Care Management

Perform new patient evaluations and comprehensive pre- and post-procedure assessments
Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques

Clinical Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate pre- and post-procedure care, including phone follow-ups and medication management
Order and interpret pertinent laboratory and imaging studies
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
Maintain accurate, thorough medical records and documentation in compliance with applicable standards
Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and infection control protocols

What You Bring

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program (Master's degree required)
Current, active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Georgia
Active DEA license
Willingness and ability to travel between offices as needed

Preferred:

Physician Assistant – Certified (PA-C)
Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP or FNP-C)
Experience in a busy office or clinic setting strongly preferred
Experience in interventional radiology, vascular, cardiology, or procedural specialties

Competitive annual salary: $110,000 – $125,000, based on experience
