Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized filing system using Google Workspace.
Provide clerical support, including data entry and proofreading documents.
Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including handling correspondence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or as a dental receptionist is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Excellent clerical skills, including typing accuracy and proofreading abilities.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
