Our Inside Sales Representative team members are knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate about helping customers with their commercial and heavy-duty parts needs. Our Inside Sales Representative team members deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications:

Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
Available to work a flexible work schedule
Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus
Can operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
Heavy-duty parts and hydraulics knowledge and/or experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them.
Monitor the company’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to remain competitive.
Record sales/return/warranty transactions & collect payments.
