Video Producer / Shooter-Editor
Shared Vision Communications – Dublin, OH

Shared Vision Communications is an established video production company based in Dublin, Ohio, producing a wide variety of commercial, corporate, documentary, sports, and branded content projects throughout Ohio and beyond.

We are looking for a full-time Video Producer / Shooter-Editor to join our small team. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of production responsibilities in a fast-paced but flexible environment.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with strong shooting and editing experience who can work independently, collaborate with clients and team members, and continue growing creatively.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit video projects ranging from corporate interviews to branded content, events, social media content, and documentary-style storytelling
Assist with lighting, audio, and production setup on shoots
Edit projects primarily in Avid Media Composer (Adobe Premiere experience also welcomed)
Help organize and manage media/project files
Travel occasionally for productions (primarily regional, some overnight travel)
Participate in occasional evening or weekend shoots/events
Collaborate creatively with clients and internal team members

Qualifications

3+ years of professional video production experience preferred
Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and editing workflows
Experience with Avid Media Composer preferred
Adobe Premiere Pro experience welcomed
After Effects and motion graphics experience is a plus
Experience shooting with professional camera systems such as Sony a7 series, Sony FS7, Canon Cinema EOS cameras, or similar
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a project-based environment
