Board Certified Behavior Analyst | ABA Journey

About the BCBA Position

ABA Journey is hiring a full-time BCBA to support children and families across Georgia. This remote BCBA role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants steady salary-based work, flexibility, strong administrative support, and a clinical team that values quality ABA services.

As a BCBA with ABA Journey, you will oversee ABA treatment programs, guide RBTs, review client progress, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide parent training. This is a strong opportunity for a BCBA who is organized, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable working in a remote setting.

We are looking for a BCBA who can lead with professionalism, communicate clearly with families and staff, and help children make meaningful progress through individualized ABA therapy.

What You’ll Do as a BCBA

The BCBA will be responsible for providing clinical direction and ensuring that each client’s ABA program is appropriate, effective, and data-driven.

Responsibilities include:

Complete Functional Behavior Assessments
Conduct skill-based assessments and behavioral evaluations
Create individualized ABA treatment plans
Develop behavior intervention plans based on client needs
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians
Monitor treatment quality and program implementation
Review client data and update goals as needed
Provide parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, payer requirements, and applicable Georgia guidelines
Support consistent, high-quality ABA services across assigned cases

This BCBA position requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases independently while staying connected to the ABA Journey clinical team.

QualificationsRequired

Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
Must live in Georgia
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
Ability to supervise RBTs effectively
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role
Reliable, organized, and comfortable with documentation requirements

Preferred

Previous experience working as a BCBA
Experience supervising RBTs
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Experience with telehealth supervision
Experience with insurance-funded ABA services
Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment plan updates
