Shed Sales Representative

DuraStor Structures LLC | Dublin, GA | Full-time, in person

Schedule: Monday through Saturday

Compensation: 5-6.5% commission on everything you sell, uncapped. Our lead flow supports $125,000 a month involume for a rep who works it, which is roughly $90,000 a year. Top producers go higher. There is no ceiling.

DuraStor Structures is a family-owned company with over ten years of building high-quality sheds, cabins, andcarports in central Georgia. We are known for craftsmanship, integrity, and value.

We are not looking for someone to take orders. We are looking for someone who can sell.

What This Job Actually Is

You will sell portable buildings to homeowners. Leads come to you: online inquiries, phone calls, texts, and walk-ins. We generate roughly 300 leads a month and we are spending real money to do it.

Your job is to reach them fast, find out what they actually need, find out how they intend to pay for it, and close the sale.

This is a closing role. If you are comfortable quoting a price and waiting for the customer to call you back, you will not make money here.

What You Will Do

Reach leads fast

Contact every inbound lead within 15 minutes during business hours.
Work the call, text, and email cadence on every lead until you get a decision: sold, scheduled next step, or disqualified.
Log every touch in HubSpot the same day.

Qualify before you quote

Find out what they are storing, why now, and what happens if they do nothing.
Confirm budget and payment method (cash, rent-to-own, financing) before you give a price.
Find out who else is in the decision, and whether HOA or permit rules are in play.
Do not give a price until you know they can pay for it.

Sell the right building

Recommend the building the discovery points to, not the one they first asked about.
Present the price once, cleanly. Do not discount to buy a yes.
Ask for the order on the first call when the customer is qualified.

Work objections

"That's more than I wanted to spend" is the start of a conversation, not the end of one.
"Let me think about it" means you have not found the real issue yet. Find it.

Own your pipeline

Keep HubSpot accurate. No deals sitting in stale stages.
Every open opportunity has a specific next step and a date.
Hit your weekly activity, conversion, and revenue numbers.

Get coached

Weekly call reviews. Your calls will be recorded and scored.
You apply the coaching on the next call, not next quarter.
You practice, you role-play, you drill.

Performance Standards (First 90 Days)

Metric Standard

Inbound lead response time Under 15 minutes on 90% or more of leads

Average ticket Meets or exceeds company average by day 60

Lead-to-quote conversion Meets or exceeds team average by day 60

Quote-to-close conversion Meets or exceeds team average by day 90

Call score 7.0 or higher average by day 60

CRM hygiene 100% of activity logged the same day

Who Wins Here

Hunts. Picks up the phone without being told.
Asks for money. Brings up budget and payment early, without flinching.
Asks for the order. Closes on the call.
Works objections. Does not fold when the customer pushes back on price.
Handles rejection. Takes a no, recovers, dials again.
Follows a process. Works the cadence as designed before improvising.
Stays composed. Difficult customer, indecisive customer, price-aggressive customer. Same steady rep.
Does not need to be liked. Willing to be disagreed with in order to get to the truth.
Owns the result. No blaming the leads, the price, or the market.
Coachable. Takes direct feedback and changes behavior.

Who Struggles Here

Rushes the conversation and skips discovery.
Puts every customer in the cheapest, smallest building because it is an easier sale.
Quotes before qualifying.
Gives the price, and when the customer balks, lets them walk.
Needs to be liked more than they need to sell.

Required Experience

Three or more years in sales with responsibility for CLOSING. Not appointment setting. Not order taking.

Closing.

A documented record of hitting or exceeding quota. Be ready to give us the number, the quota, and where you ranked.
Two or more years with a CRM. HubSpot preferred.
One or more years selling to leads over the phone and by text.

Preferred, not required: durable goods, construction products, outdoor structures, rent-to-own or lease-to-own, or financed consumer purchases.

We do not require shed experience. We will teach you the product. We cannot teach you to close.
