Labor and Delivery RN – Travel Contract | Dubuque, IA
Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses for an exciting travel contract opportunity.

Assignment Details:

Location: Dubuque, IA
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36
Shift Details: 12H Nights
Float Requirements: None
Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend
On Call Requirements: None
Pay: $2,110 ($864 taxable + $1,246 stipend), $24/hr

Unit Information:

EMR: EPIC
Bed Size: Maternity, 16; Nursery, 12; NICU, 4; C-section suite, 1; Overflow rooms
Ratios: Labor: 1:1; PP: 1:2; NICU: 2:1
Patient Types: antepartum, MB, newborn, OB/GYN, NICU
Drips/Titrations; glucose, magnesium, pitocin, insulin
Delivery volume: 50-60 births/month
Level 2 maternal/neonatal center
Orientation Dates : 8/10, 8/17, 8/24

Requirements:

2+ years of related recent experience
Post Partum and NICU experience preferred
Medication administration experience: glucose, magnesium
Medication administration experience: potocin, insulin
Travel experience within the last 15 months
EPIC experience
Active state license or compact license when applicable
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM(Intermediate or Advance), STABLE
