Full Job Description

DuTrac Community Credit Union is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities include:

Overseeing special projects from start to finish, including necessary research, proposals to IT management, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.

Perform support on calls and emails involving PCs, printers, and other hardware,
Provide technical support and consultation in the use of Windows OS and other programs and applications.
Administration and support of hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 with Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange and Teams.
Support various virtualized Windows application servers. Update and patch servers and applications as needed.
Review and maintain documentation for various systems and applications in the environment.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a two-year degree in IT along with one to three years of related experience.
