Full Job Description

Position Title: CNC Operator

Wage: $20.00 + per hour based on experience

Shift: 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am; 12:00am-7:00am

Start your career in CNC machining—no experience required! We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. If you enjoy hands-on work and want an opportunity to grow your skills while earning competitive pay, this is a great place to build a long-term career. This position is located in Cascade, IA and has the opportunity for hire.

CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up CNC machines and change tooling.
Read blueprints and make program adjustments.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
Perform light machine maintenance.
Troubleshoot machining issues.

CNC Operator Requirements:

CNC setup experience required.
Ability to change tooling and adjust programs.
Blueprint reading skills.
Basic measuring tool experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
