RN Outpatient – Clinic

Location: Dubuque, IA 52001

Job Type: 13-Week Contract

Shift: Days | 5×9-hour shifts

Hours: 45 hours/week

Pay Rate: $2,500–$2,800/week

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic to join our healthcare team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting while working collaboratively with providers and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and treatments according to provider orders.
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and other outpatient clinical services.
Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, follow-up care, and health management.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to providers.
Collect and process specimens and assist with laboratory testing as required.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS certification.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per week
