Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs, including dietary department considerations.
Oversee food production, ensuring consistent quality, proper presentation, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate procurement to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
Train staff on culinary techniques, food preparation standards, and customer service expectations while promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong leadership skills in supervising culinary teams.
Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry.
Demonstrated expertise in banquet experience, catering coordination, and large-scale food service operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety protocols, and dietary department requirements.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
