We are seeking an experienced Hospice Community Liaison to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients, families, and referral sources in your community.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (PCP offices, hospitals, assisted living, personal care homes, and community organizations).
Provide education on hospice services and build awareness of our programs.
Represent the company at community events, fundraisers, and networking activities.
Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patient and referral source needs are met.
Maintain knowledge and commitment to the hospice philosophy of care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, must have hospice background.
Strong knowledge of the Gwinnett County medical community.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.
