Bookkeeper – Atlanta, GA
Office located in the Cumberland area. Fully on-site role.
Salary
$60,000–$65,000 base

Key Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will:

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure QuickBooks remains up to date in real time

Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and trust accounts

Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger

Assist with quarterly financial statement preparation and reporting

Support the Controller with accounting projects and special assignments

Help maintain accurate and organized financial documentation across all entities

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this Bookkeeper role will have:

Proven bookkeeping or general accounting experience

Strong QuickBooks experience required

Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement support

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience preferred
