Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management. Duties

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records through diligent data entry and meticulous proofreading
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and front desk assistance
Support office management activities such as filing, organizing documents, and managing supplies
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing email communications
Offer exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or email with courteous phone etiquette and timely responses

Qualifications

Proven experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and strong computer literacy skills
Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Strong typing skills along with proficiency in productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Demonstrated experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and customer support roles
Knowledge of office management procedures, phone etiquette, and front desk operations
