RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under supervision help plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate projects for departmental activities including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, field services, and construction.
Assist in the preparation of job documentation, and help recommend and implement processes and systems to schedule, plan, and track work.
Coordinate and maintain detailed schedules for field workers, equipment, and contractors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather scheduling requirements.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in scope, resources, or priorities.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes effectively.
Support communication with customers, contractors, electrician and internal resources through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Associate degree or two-year vocational technical institute degree/certificate, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electronics, computers, or other job-related field, no experience required
OR
High school diploma or equivalent PLUS two years of job-related experience required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position will report regularly in person to Duluth, MN
Requires good communication skills to acquire and provide information related to job details, priorities, and schedules.
This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $52,000 - $64,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
