Full Job Description

Summit Management is a leader in the property management industry, specializing in commercial and residential properties. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for all leasing activities, including attracting and retaining tenants, handling lease renewals, and maintaining positive tenant relations. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to ensure occupancy levels and build a welcoming community atmosphere.

This is a Full-Time Position: Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM

$20-$25 an hour.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Management:

Assist with all leasing operations, such as showing and leasing properties to prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours and provide information on availability, amenities, and lease terms.
Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up with prospective tenants and manage the application process to secure leases.

Marketing & Promotions:

Implement marketing strategies to maximize property visibility and attract potential tenants.
Update and maintain listings on rental websites, social media, and other platforms.
Host open houses and participate in community events to promote available properties.

Tenant Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Handle lease renewals and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications

Experience:

Preferred of 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate.

Skills:

Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
