Front Desk Agent

The Days Inn by Wyndham near the Miller Hill Mall, is now proudly managed by Discover Lodging Management, is seeking friendly and dependable Front Desk Agents to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, providing great customer service, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first and last person our guests interact with during their stay. Your role is important in creating a welcoming and professional first impression. Day, Evening and Overnight Shifts are available. Daily responsibilities include:

· Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service

· Checking guests in and out of the hotel

· Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations

· Responding to guest questions and requests

· Handling payments and maintaining accurate records

· Working with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

Your friendly attitude and attention to detail help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong customer service skills

· Comfortable using computers and hotel systems

· Ability to stay organized and multitask

· Reliable and professional attitude

· Strong communication skills and a positive personality

Work Schedule
Positions may be full-time or part-time. Shifts may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours depending on the needs of the hotel.
