Full Job Description

Aeriel Recovery Services is looking for motivated, reliable, and accountable professionals who are experienced in providing excellent care in outpatient settings.

Variety of Hours and Shifts Available
Flexible Scheduling

The ideal candidates will provide confidential counseling services to individuals and groups. The LADC will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and document their progress. This is a rewarding role that requires a strong foundation in addiction counseling.

**Duties:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs specific to their addiction and recovery needs and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and approaches.

- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.

- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner, adhering to medical documentation standards.

- Educate patients on addiction services and the importance of recovery.

- Provide case management services to ensure patients receive the necessary support and resources.

- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

- Utilize ICD-10 coding and medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in addiction medicine and counseling.

**Qualifications:**

- A bachelors degree in counseling or a related field.

- A current LADC license in the state where the position is located.

- Experience working in addiction counseling or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of addiction medicine and clinical counseling techniques.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in medical documentation using ICD-10 coding and medical terminology.

- Familiarity with case management and patient assessment techniques.
