Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at CMH Raiter Clinic, providing comprehensive primary care in a rural clinic setting. This Family Medicine Physician at CMH Raiter Clinic would offer the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will value community-focused medicine and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment. Position Highlights: Personal office space, Competitive compensation, Dedicated Medical Assistant, No call, No weekends, Flexible scheduling, No OB responsibilities, Monthly staff meetings with administration/CEO — your voice is both sought out and appreciated! Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine. Current licensure in the state of MN or ability to gain licensure prior to credentialing. Current certification in BLS, ACLS.

Wage

Two-year guaranteed salary range of $310,000-$320,000 with bonus potential. Transition to a production model in the third year.
