Description
At American Credit Acceptance, we know that great people build great businesses. That's why our Talent Acquisition team is more than a group of recruiters. We're strategic partners who help shape the future of our organization, one hire at a time.
If you're looking for a recruiting role where you can build meaningful relationships, partner directly with leaders, influence hiring strategy, and see the impact of your work every day, this could be the opportunity for you.
We also believe there's real value in working together in person. Our 100% onsite environment allows recruiters to collaborate closely with hiring managers, gain a deeper understanding of the teams they support, and create a more personalized, positive experience for candidates. The result? Stronger partnerships, better hiring decisions, and a more connected workplace.
As a Corporate Recruiter II, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to your business partners.
You'll:
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs
✅ Develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans to support business goals
✅ Manage multiple requisitions across assigned departments
✅ Source and engage both active and passive candidates
✅ Conduct phone screens and identify top talent for hiring manager consideration
✅ Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruiting recommendations to leaders
✅ Manage offers, candidate communications, and onboarding activities
✅ Utilize our ATS to track candidate activity and identify process improvements
✅ Share best practices, mentor newer team members, and contribute to the growth of the TA team
✅ Serve as an ACA brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and partnering with leaders to find great talent.
