Job Title: C-UAS New Equipment Fielding/Training Supervisor

Job Category: Training

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a New Equipment Fielder / Training Supervisor- Instructor for various US Military Devices in Fayetteville, NC. This position will be ﬁelding and training a broad spectrum of U.S. Military Personnel in the proper function, use, and maintenance of Devices and equipment as required.

Responsibilities:

Develops and presents complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel related to US Military Individual Equipment.
Coordinates with customer to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedule programs.
Testing and Evaluation of trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate eﬀectiveness of training presentations
Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules.
. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
Perform duties as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representatives courses.
Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment.

Qualification:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Requires advanced knowledge of Counter-UAS, UAS, Electronic Warfare, Firearms, Night Vision and Optics equipment typically obtained through advanced military education combined with experience.
Must have knowledge of the Army supply system, speciﬁcally the issuing of New Equipment to US Army units.
Experience leading and supervising small groups
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
Must have experience as a military and/or tactical instructor.

Desired:

Military Instructor certified.
Army MOS 18 series or 11B ( V-Ranger Qualified), Combat Arms experience

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
