Full Time Leadership Position | The Pub Durango

Build the kitchen. Lead the team. Create something exceptional.

The Pub Durango is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the launch of our new Irish pub. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to help shape the systems, culture, and standards of a kitchen from day one.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, leads with respect, and enjoys building an organized, team-first environment where great food and great hospitality go hand in hand.

Strong regular floor leadership shifts and coaching skill
Organization and attention to detail
Consistent recipe execution and quality
Food cost and inventory management
