Front Desk Coordinator
Southwestern Colorado ENT | Durango, CO

Southwestern Colorado ENT is excited to welcome a new provider to our practice this August, and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to add another outstanding Front Desk Coordinator to our team!

If you are someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our clinic run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling appointments and managing provider schedules
Checking patients in and out
Verifying insurance and collecting copays
Answering incoming phone calls
Maintaining accurate patient demographics
Coordinating referrals and communication as needed
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure excellent patient care
Keeping the front office organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

Outstanding customer service skills
Positive attitude and genuine compassion for patients
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Medical office or front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
