Job Summary

If you mean business, this can be a very enjoyable position. We listen to our own music and have a good fun environment. We are looking for a hard working, clean and professional individual. Our kitchen cooks needs to learn all section. Theres three sections. #1 Saute #2 Fry #3 Prep. All cooks would learn each section and rotate sections at times. We are patient and ready to train the right person. You don't need to have Asian Cuisine experience. Our shift starts at 1:30pm until 10:30ish. We try to have a consistent schedule. Request time off is very easy to fullfill with advance notice. We treat everyone as equals and with all due respect. One of our great cooks are relocating. (We are looking for a long lasting individual) ( we can tell if you're serious or not) Thanks for your time.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Saute Fry Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried dishes in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your skills will help ensure that every plate served is delicious, visually appealing, and meets our high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food preparation, has experience in food service or kitchen settings, and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook fried menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including breading, seasoning, and portioning foods for frying.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry/saute station, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices.
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food handling at all times.
Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock rotation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold the restaurant’s standards for presentation and taste.
Contribute to a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members and supporting a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen work, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with cooking methods related to frying are highly desirable.
Experience in culinary environments such as fine dining or catering is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new techniques and procedures.
