We are currently looking for a motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The position is part-time and is based in the Durango area. We offer each employee health and dental, 401k with match, paid time off and paid holidays, among other benefits. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Shipping, Receiving, and Delivering parts

*Assist with purchasing, managing orders, and handling monthly Inventory

*Answer and direct phones, emails, & building entry

*Scheduling appointments, meetings, and other calendar events

*Filing, Scanning, Data Entry, and Document Preparation

*Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper records

*Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal team members

*Assist with proposals and quotes, Track project documentation and deadlines

*Manage, clean and organize the Office, equipment and supplies

*Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Valid Driver’s License, clean Motor Vehicle Record & Background

*Reliable Transportation

*Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, able and interested in learning other platforms

*High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in Business Administration (or similar) Preferred

*Preferably have prior experience working in a company specializing in one (or multiples) of these fields: Construction, Technology, Security, Fire, Telecommunications, IT, or Electrical Systems.

*Must have a genuine interest in expanding your knowledge and being a team player.

*Experience with these systems are a plus: Tigerpaw, Acumatica, Quickbooks, Zoho
