Full Job Description

New to the Durango Airport – JOIN THE SKY DINE COLORADO TEAM!

Sky Dine, Colorado LLC, a rapidly growing restaurant located in Durango Airport, is looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring

• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality

• Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools

• Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks

Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
