Position Overview

The Bumble Roofing Home Solutions Expert is responsible for generating revenue through professional in-home consultations using the Bumble Roofing 10-Step Sales Process. Sales Experts represent the Bumble brand in the field and guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process that protects margin, builds trust, and delivers a superior customer experience.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discipline, and coachability. Home Solutions Experts follow a defined sales system, record sales conversations for coaching purposes, and continuously develop their skills through training and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners.
Execute the Bumble Roofing 10-Step Sales Process consistently.
Diagnose roofing problems through structured inspections.
Present roofing solutions that align with homeowner priorities.
Protect company margins by selling value before price.
Utilize the Bumble digital sales presentation tools.
Accurately document appointments and customer information in the CRM.
Record sales conversations using Siro for coaching and performance improvement.
Follow established follow-up processes to move opportunities forward.
Represent the Bumble Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity.

Home Solutions Experts are expected to operate with discipline and professionalism in a performance-driven environment. Success in this role is measured through key performance indicators including:

Appointment-to-close conversion rate
Average job margin
Pipeline management accuracy
Customer experience and professionalism
Adherence to the Bumble 10-Step Sales Process

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required (access to a company vehicle will be provided upon successful completion of training and probationary period). Fuel expense will be offset
Comfortable working outdoors and accessing rooftops and attics for inspections
High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework is a plus
Conversational Spanish skills are a plus

Compensation

This role begins with a 15 days Training Period at $18.00/hour W-2 wage plus a reduced commission rate while you complete certification training, ride-alongs and begin running your own appointments. This structure lets you learn the business and build your pipeline without the pressure of a pure commission role on day one.

This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is designed to reward high performers who consistently deliver excellent customer experiences and strong business results..

Training & Development

Every new Home Solutions Expert completes the Bumble Roofing of NE Raleigh Training and Certification Program, including structured onboarding, digital learning modules, and live training workshops designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in the role. Home Solutions Experts receive ongoing 1-on-1 coaching from leadership based on real sales conversations and performance data.
