GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

Site Location: Durham, NC
- Multiple Schedules Available 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Full-Time Schedules
- Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00AM 40 hour shfit
- Monday - Friday 06:00AM - 02:00PM 40 Hour shift
- Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, 40 hour shift
- Saturday - Sunday, 06:00AM - 02:00PM - Monday - Tuesday 02:00PM - 10:00PM 32 hour split shift
Part - Time Schedule
- Friday - Saturday 10:00PM - 06:00AM 16 hour shift
Competitive hourly wage:
- $17.58 / Hr., bi-weekly (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Must have an active PPSB license.
Must have CPR
Must have VALID Drivers license
Must be over the age of 18 years old.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
You have a state license if required
