We are committed to patient-centered care, focusing on providing every patient with personalized, compassionate treatment. Our mission is to make every patient feel heard, understood, and well supported throughout their entire dental journey. We emphasize patient education, transparency, and high-quality care.

Position Overview

Dental Front Office Manager - They are the first and last person patients see when they visit us. They manage patient communication, scheduling, and payments. They oversee daily front-office operations and serve as the go to person for day to day questions and escalations, stepping in to solve problems before they reach the doctor. They train and onboard new staff, help patients understand their treatment plans, and work closely with the Insurance Coordinator and clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations and keep the practice running efficiently
Answer phones and communicate with patients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
Coordinate treatment plans with patients, presenting options, answering questions, and helping them move forward with care
Collect payments and manage patient account balances using Open Dental
Train and onboard new staff, and serve as the go-to person for day-to-day questions
Resolve patient concerns, billing disputes, or scheduling conflicts, stepping in before issues reach Dr. Walker
Manage patient check-in and coordinate with the clinical team and Insurance Coordinator to keep the schedule running efficiently
Monitor front-office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a dental practice
Experience with Open Dental
Strong phone and patient communication skills
Experience with treatment plan coordination, payment collection and insurance
Comfortable stepping in to resolve issues and support teammates
A great personality, someone patients and teammates both enjoy being around

Certifications and Education

High School or Equivalent
Two or more years of experience at a dental office in a similar position (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
