Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse departments, ensuring a seamless full-cycle recruitment process. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be vital in connecting with candidates from various backgrounds and expanding our talent pool. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth by attracting high-quality candidates and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. Responsibilities

Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of qualified applicants
Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to extending offers and onboarding new hires
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals
Utilize talent management software such as iCIMS, Lever, UltiPro, Kronos, and ATS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple departments while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards
Develop and implement innovative recruiting techniques including social media marketing campaigns and lead generation activities to attract diverse candidates
Foster strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions for campus recruitment, and internal teams for succession planning and employee development

Skills

Exceptional communication skills in both languages with the ability to engage candidates effectively at all levels
Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and external recruiting strategies
Strong negotiation skills to extend competitive offers while aligning with HR legal compliance standards
Proficiency in talent management software such as iCIMS, Lever, UltiPro, Kronos, Paychex, and ATS platforms including research capabilities for candidate sourcing
Knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in high-volume recruitment settings while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with HR systems like Employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, employee relations initiatives, training & development activities
Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, external partners and social media marketing (recruitment) campaigns
