Full Job Description

Red Line Editorial is committed to building a diverse pool of authors for our work-for-hire projects. Our nonfiction titles cover a vast array of topics—often concerning marginalized and historically excluded communities—and we recognize the importance of having authors with the lived experiences of those communities.

Candidates should submit a resume and a nonfiction writing sample (200-300 words) to [email protected], or fill out our freelance interest form. Ideally, the writing sample should have a reading level of grades 3-5. In your application, please mention which community you identify with. This will help us match each project to the most appropriate author.
