About the Role

Who Will Be Successful Here?
You don’t need to be a Controller or senior-level accountant to succeed in this position. We’re looking for someone who is really good at the fundamentals—accurate, organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and willing to take ownership.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you’re the person who notices when something doesn’t look right, follows through until it’s resolved, and takes pride in knowing payroll was correct, vendors were handled properly, and the accounting details didn’t fall through the cracks.
You’re also someone who doesn’t freeze when you’re introduced to a new piece of software. You’re willing to click around, learn how things work, ask good questions, troubleshoot problems, and figure out how technology can make the job easier and more efficient.
We value people who are willing to learn, adapt, and improve—not just follow a process because that’s how it has always been done.
